Your installer and his helper did a great job—all 23 windows look great! They were very professional and all work was checked carefully. The work areas were cleared of any debris after the windows were installed. They treated the outside of the house with the same degree of respect...

Excellent! Although I had to wait a few weeks for an install date and they are priced a little higher than what I was quoted from a big box retailer, the firm does an excellent job. The installers were on time, polite, left the place immaculate over the two days they were here and problem solved (asking for my input not just making the decision)...

Paul Henry’s Windows replaced our windows and installed a storm door. Paul provided us with a demonstration of the windows and how they would impact heat and cold transfer during the various weather conditions. We were able to communicate with each individual worker which was very helpful in maintaining a comfortable work site. We had 6 windows put in the front of our 17-year-old townhouse. Brian and his team did a wonderful job. They were efficient, cleaned up well and windows are great. I feel like it was a positive experience with Paul at point of sale and his team delivered.

I asked Paul out to my house to look at my windows and tell me what would be best to do, wrap them or replace them. He sat down and showed me different things and told me it was my choice if I wanted them wrapped or brand new ones. He was there to do whatever I needed to be done. He explained how wrapping the windows would only prolong the damage versus the brand new ones. And once I found out about the 365-days-same-as-cash financing option then that sealed the deal.

I’ve used Paul Henry and they did a better than GREAT job!!! They rebuilt a rotten dormer and replaced the window….. and they were very affordable!!
